Experienced Teams for Vineyards & Grape Growers
Narad Harvesting provides experienced horticultural teams to vineyards and commercial grape growers, supporting seasonal work from pruning and vineyard maintenance through to picking and harvest.
Supporting Your Vineyard Throughout the Season
Vineyard work can require precision, consistency and the ability to work efficiently across large numbers of vines.
Narad Harvesting focuses on experienced agricultural and horticultural workers who can work to the requirements established by the vineyard or grower.
For pruning programs, we can also coordinate electric secateurs, hand tools, PPE and other equipment required by our teams.
Ready for Harvest
When grapes are ready, workforce requirements can increase quickly.
Narad Harvesting can scale teams around your harvest window, with experienced pickers, supervisors and skilled operators available to support field and post-harvest operations.
A Complete Workforce Solution
We don't simply place individual workers and leave the rest to you.
Narad Harvesting specialises in supplying complete agricultural and horticultural teams. Depending on your requirements, we can coordinate workers, supervisors, accommodation, transport, PPE, tools and equipment.
