Narad Harvesting provides experienced thinning teams for commercial orchards, vineyards and horticultural operations, helping growers complete seasonal crop work efficiently and within the required window.
Thinning can be a time-sensitive part of crop management, requiring enough experienced workers to move efficiently across an orchard or growing operation.
Our teams can support thinning programs across crops including:
We build teams around the crop, size of the operation and timeframe available.
Narad Harvesting focuses on providing experienced agricultural and horticultural workers rather than simply filling positions.
Our crews can work to the requirements established by the grower, with experienced supervisors available to help coordinate larger teams and maintain communication throughout the job.
We don't simply place individual workers and leave the rest to you.
Narad Harvesting specialises in supplying complete agricultural and horticultural teams. Depending on your requirements, we can coordinate workers, supervisors, accommodation, transport, PPE, tools and equipment.
Pruning crews with practical agricultural and horticultural experience.
Experienced supervisors can manage teams on the ground and maintain communication with the grower.
We can coordinate worker transport and accommodation where required.
We can supply the tools and equipment our crews require rather than relying on the grower to provide everything.
Citrus pruning can involve sharp tools, chainsaws, ladders and physically demanding work.
Narad Harvesting takes safety seriously, providing appropriate PPE and ensuring workers performing specialist tasks have the relevant experience and training.
