Experienced Packing & Sorting Teams
Narad Harvesting provides experienced packing, sorting and packhouse teams for commercial growers, farms and horticultural operations.
From Harvest to Packhouse
Getting the crop picked is only part of the job.
Narad Harvesting can support your operation after harvest with experienced workers for:
- Produce sorting
- Grading
- Packing
- Quality-focused produce handling
- Packhouse work
- Shed operations
- Pallet handling
- General post-harvest support
Our teams can work alongside your existing workforce or provide additional capacity during busy harvest periods.
Teams That Scale With Your Harvest
Packhouse requirements can increase rapidly when harvest volumes peak.
We can scale teams around your expected crop volumes, operating schedule and timeframe, helping you maintain the workforce required to keep produce moving.
A Complete Team
We don't simply place individual workers and leave the rest to you.
Narad Harvesting specialises in supplying complete agricultural and horticultural teams. Depending on your requirements, we can coordinate workers, supervisors, accommodation, transport, PPE, tools and equipment.
Experienced Workers
Pruning crews with practical agricultural and horticultural experience.
Team Supervisors
Experienced supervisors can manage teams on the ground and maintain communication with the grower.
Transport & Accommodation
We can coordinate worker transport and accommodation where required.
Tools & PPE
We can supply the tools and equipment our crews require rather than relying on the grower to provide everything.
Safety & Tools on Every Job
Citrus pruning can involve sharp tools, chainsaws, ladders and physically demanding work.
Narad Harvesting takes safety seriously, providing appropriate PPE and ensuring workers performing specialist tasks have the relevant experience and training.
