Experienced Supervisors for Agricultural & Horticultural Teams
Narad Harvesting provides experienced supervisors to help coordinate agricultural and horticultural teams across farms, orchards, vineyards, harvest operations and packhouses.
Experienced Leadership on the Ground
Managing a large seasonal workforce takes time.
Narad Harvesting supervisors provide an additional point of coordination between the workforce and farm management, helping reduce the day-to-day burden on the grower.
Depending on the operation, supervisors can support:
- Planting teams
- Pruning crews
- Thinning teams
- Picking and harvesting crews
- Packing and sorting teams
- Packhouse workers
- Skilled operators
- Larger seasonal workforces
One Point of Contact for Your Team
Rather than managing every worker individually, an experienced supervisor can help coordinate the crew on the ground.
Supervisors can assist with workforce organisation, communication, work allocation and helping teams understand the requirements of the job.
A Complete Team
We don't simply place individual workers and leave the rest to you.
Narad Harvesting specialises in supplying complete agricultural and horticultural teams. Depending on your requirements, we can coordinate workers, supervisors, accommodation, transport, PPE, tools and equipment.

Transport & Accommodation
We can coordinate worker transport and accommodation where required.
Tools & PPE
